Ways To Pay

By Credit Card - Credit card payments can be made via Paypal or Nochex. Most credit cards are accepted.

By Cheque or Postal Order - Please make payable to Donna Sleater. You must provide your cheque guarantee card number with all personal cheque payments.

By Paypal or Nochex - Paypal and Nochex payments are accepted. Make payments to donna@busyizzie.co.uk or payment@busyizzie.co.uk

It is not advisable to post cash payments

Order Processing

Delivery service is very important to Busy Izzie and we aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day from receipt of payment. However, this is not always possible and we cannot be held liable for delays outside of our control and we do not offer compensation for any consequential loss of profit.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are automatically generated by the Busy Izzie website based on the weight of the product. There are several delivery options for you to choose from (eg 1st Class Royal Mail, Standard Parcels, UPS Next Day). The delivery amount you pay is usually, actual postage costs + £1.00 packaging and handling fee.

Postage for multiple items is worked out automatically by adding the individual product weights together, the packaging and handling fee is only applied once per order.

Worldwide postage based on Royal Mail can be selected on the Busy Izzie website. UPS Carriage charges are based on delivery to mainland UK only. A surcharge will apply to all areas outside mainland UK, please contact Busy Izzie for carriage options.

Returns Policy

Claims for shortages or damage must be made in writing and received by Busy Izzie within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Unwanted goods may be returned in their original condition within 7 days of purchase at the discretion of Busy Izzie and by prior agreement only and a handling charge may apply.

Product images displayed on the website are for guidance purposes only. Busy Izzie reserves the right to delete or substitute items where necessary.

Safety

Items advertised on the Busy Izzie website are not suitable for children under 3 years old unless specified. Young children should always be supervised when using craft materials.

Data Protection / Privacy Policy

Busy Izzie does not share any information with any other organisation. We do not collect or store any personal payment transaction details. You can edit or view your online account at www.busyizzie.co.uk by using the user name and password that you created. Should you wish to be removed from our website database simply contact Busy Izzie.
